Bardzo spokojna lokalizacja a zarazem blisko centrum, bo tylko 700m do starówki.

Klimatyzacja na poddaszu w upalne dni zdecydowanie nie była wstanie schłodzić pomieszczenia do akceptowalnego poziomu.
