B&B Juniperus

Il gestore del b&b, Franco, è speciale, con un senso dell'ospitalità straordinario. Estremamente attento, si mette fin da subito in sintonia con gli ospiti tant'è che si instaura un clima amichevole, rilassante e piacevole. La colazione è veramente di qualità, il suo cappuccino di soia buonissimo e così le torte fatte in casa da Silvia, il pane caldo e le brioches di pasticceria e inoltre è un momento piacevole, che mette il buonumore! Our best experience ever in a B&B! The house is new, modern and furnished tastefully. Secure parking in the driveway. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped - even down to the windows having mosquito nets incorporated so you could still have the windows and balcony door open. Beautiful view of Sant'Antioco. Situated on a very quiet street off the road. A very peaceful night's sleep every night. Franco was an amazing host. Full of enthusiasm, helpful advice on where to go and couldn't do enough for us. He tries his heart out and I believe he is not charging enough per night for his hospitality compared to many B&B's we've stayed in and not even received half of the quality or pleasure. I wish him every success! Breakfast was of superior quality to any other B&B we have ever stayed at. You could request what ever you preferred and Franco would get it in for you - and the best bit was eating breakfast outside in the glorious Sardinian sunshine. Franco made a tremendous effort in pleasing his guests and I can't commend him enough. 10/10 isn't a high enough score in my opinion! Plenty of nice restaurants to eat at in Sant'Anna Arresi - especially 'I Pirate Sardi' ... The most exquisite seafood restaurant we've experienced. Porto Pino only 10 minutes away and many more beautiful beaches a short journey up the coast. Horse riding 15 minutes away around the bay.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, mais manquait du fait maison. Superbe vue, balcon vue sur la mer. Belle maison moderne. L'endroit où nous prenions le petit déjeuner était parfait sur la terrasse, avec des notes de jazz. Franco est très accueillant, serviable, dynamique. Il est de bon conseil pour les restaurants, les informations de visite, les adresses pour mieux connaître les vins "Del Sulcis"

Le manque de variété dans le petit déjeuner, trop répétitif, et tous les matins le même café "américano" servi pas toujours à la température.

Ottima posizione per visitare la Sardegna Sud-Occidentale, a 6 minuti di macchina si arriva alla spiaggia Dune Bianche di Porto Pino, FANTASTICA! A piedi alla sera puoi scegliere tra vari ristoranti. Struttura nuova, camera e bagno grandi e ben arredati. Franco simpaticissimo sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, colazione servita in giardino con torte fatte da sua moglie buonissime e prodotti locali freschi di giornata. La zona mi è piaciuta moltissimo per le fantastiche spiagge. Si percepisce l’orgoglio sardo in tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato fiere della loro terra. Spero di tornarci presto.

Das Frühstück und die Gastfreundschaft von Franco war mit Abstand das beste Erlebnis das wir diese Ferien hatten.

Einfach alles ! Die Zimmer sind toll, das Bad super modern und die Aussicht vom Balkon war der Hammer ! Der Gastgeber Franco spricht zwar kein Englisch aber wir haben uns trotzdem super verstanden und er hat einen tollen Humor !

Nichts

Zuerst mal zum Franco, ein außergewöhnlicher sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort verstanden. Er hat mit seiner guten Laune und Humor schon morgens die Gäste verwöhnt. Das ist aber nicht alles , selbst gemachter Kuchen und sardinische Köstlichkeiten gab es auch zum Frühstück. Eigentlich konnte er alle Fragen beantworten die man als nicht ortskundiger hat , und das hat er auch gerne gemacht. Wir wurde sehr verwöhnt.

Juniperus - ein super schönes, moderns, sehr sauberes B&B mit Blick aufs Meer. Es hat jeden Tag immer so wunderbar gerochen. Franco, ein so sympathischer und sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Trotzt Sprach- Barriere haben wir seinen Humor verstanden. Tolles, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Das beste, unsere Sonderwünsche wurden am nächsten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir bekamen gute Ausflustipps und wurden bestens umsorgt. Mit Auto, super Lage!

Struttura molto moderna gestita da Franco che è il vero valore aggiunto. Ottima colazione con torte fatte in casa. Zona molto bella e strategica per raggiungere le spiagge vicine e le isole di Sant'Antioco e San Pietro.
