op ons verzoek geen zoet Italiaans ontbijt. elke dag werden wij door Francesco verrast met een ander ontbijt van kaas, salami, rauwe ham, heerlijk !! we kregen van hem ook zelf gekweekte tomaten, eigen gemaakte olijfolie en limoncello.

wat kussens bij de tuinset en kleinere pannen in de keuken en een waterkoker.

Tutto, bella casa e i particolari. La zona tranquilla..la gentilezza dell'host! .... tutto benissimo!

Nulla, solo attenzione chiedete prima all'host indicazioni per arrivare perché il navigatore vi fa passare in una viettina piccolissima invece c'è una strada più comoda!

Location and breakfast was great, but #1 was the service which was top notch. Will definitely be back to stay again with Francesco & Simonetta who were very accommodating, friendly and just lovely!

"Host hides the thermostat so you can't have ac or heat."

He actually hid the thermostat behind a painting so the traveler could not turn on ac or heat. Actually had it hidden behind a painting. Took me over an hour to find it. Owner came in while i was out and turned off the heat. Never could find the light switch for the kitchen. Parking is VERY tight as the owner has two cars, plus mine, in a small parking area at end of VERY curvy, hilly driveway. Very tough to back around their cars and then get down drive without scraping into something. Building location is on Goggle Maps but maps not able to calculate a route, You are on your own trying various construction zone alleys to find it. But hiding the thermostat is unprecedented.
