Attentive owner Friendly and comfortable stay Felt at home

On arrival, we were treated to tea and cake, very welcoming after a long day of driving. The location was quiet, serene and on leaving the property, the first thing we saw was a stunning view of Warkworth Castle. The breakfast choices were varied and delicious and Linda, our host, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Our room was separate from the main part of the property. It was spotless, cosy and ensuite and supplied with a nice brand of toiletries if you hadn't brought your own. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Everything had been thought of.

perfectly placed to explore the Northumberland coast. it was comfortable, clean and our host Linda couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was happy to point us in the right direction to discover local beauty spots, eateries and of course Northumberland’s castles. Thank you Linda, we hope to be back

Booked for my mother in law visiting for her grandsons wedding as she can't manage stairs. Excellent location, excellent accommodation, excellent hosts who couldn't do enough for her. Tea and cakes on arrival. Breakfast was absolutely amazing on both days, the mother in law was overwhelmed with the friendly service and quality of food. Highly recommended if looking for somewhere to visit local attractions or just a relaxing stay.

Linda is a wonderful host; ever so friendly and helpful with tips and reminders. We really enjoyed breakfast and appreciated the range of tea in our room. Kitkats with the tea and coffee was a nice surprise!
