Rastoni - Relax & Retreat

The room had a great atmosphere, combining comfort with an excellent interior design.

Everything was clean except the floor in the room, the impression was that it was cleaned, probably, with the vacuum but wasn't cleaned with a mop.

It had good parking and the area was quiet

Beautifully built location, with a nicely arranged exterior and decent rooms.

Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly. We tried to use the pool (which was dirty and full of insects), and we were met with unpleasant looks. The staff smokes on the terrace, the cleaning ladies don’t change the towels or clean the room, the coffee at breakfast is extremely bad, and the breakfast itself lacks variety — mostly pastries and quite unhealthy. It is not child-friendly, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is quite close to the beach and the promenade.

The exterior is nice, with a beautifully arranged terrace. Unfortunately, the staff is disrespectful towards tourists—you constantly feel judged for using the terrace, sunbeds, or pool. The cleaning lady hardly worked at all and smoked in front of the guests. Towels were not changed, and the room was never cleaned. The pool was always dirty; we requested it be cleaned, and while they acted on it at the time, the next day it was even worse. The floor in our room was constantly wet, with water leaking from under the sink. Breakfast was the same every day and uninspired, the coffee offered was very poor, and the pastries were frozen and baked on-site, with no refills provided.

We booked a couple of apartments at Rastoni for us and a couple of guests, as we had our wedding planned on the Island. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed and did their best to make our stay as perfect as possible. The apartments were clean, designed with well taste and the overall vibe of the complex was quiet and cozy. We loved it. All of our guests are deeply satisfied with the facilities and accommodation as well and we are very happy that we chose this place. Thank you!
