O senhor que recepcionou super mal educado. E mesmo sendo avisado que o hospede chegaria mas tarde o mesmo não colocou questão por telefone. Mas quando o hospede chegou o mesmo não quis o deixar entrar dizendo que ja estava tarde e ele não iria entrar. Cancelou a reserva não fez o reembolso e se recusa emitir um recibo do pagamento.
