Comfortable room, clean and very helpful staff. We stayed at the largest accomandation available at the hotel.

It could occur that the booked room is not ready at checkin time, but it was worth the wait.

Great location in the heart of the town

Do not rent the "city view" room; no coffee maker, no glasses, no toiletries. The other (less expensive) rooms looked much better, and they contain two separate beds, not just two twin beds pushed together with two comforters which in Europe counts as "two beds". Note there is no elevator and the rooms are on the second floor. We did not get breakfast, which we were counting on. Parking in the back but the entry way is very narrow - our economy car just fit through.

Very big, beautiful and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom and very comfortable living room. I loved the place.

There was no kettle in the room and the parking place is very small. It was hard to communicate with receptionist in English but she was very helpful and she was doing her best to give us all information. Big + for that.

Staff is really helpful and understanding. We were traveling from the Ukrainian border and informed the hotel that we will be a bit late. Without any questions receptionist said that he would wait for us. That was much appreciated.

We arrived late, but the personnel met us, and what was really pleasant is that administrator was speaking our language (Ukrainian) Very clean, big spacious room with all you may need, big and cozy beds Great location as well 😊

Very clean and tidy

A hidden gem of a town and a hotel with likely the only suite-like apartment in town. Must realize this is in the country with amenities that may not look like what you get in a 5 star hotel in a major capital, but goodness… if you are even remotely familiar with the history of Central Europe you will find here a treasure from the past that is well kept and cared for. the value is incomparable, and quite amazing. the town itself is also an incredible hidden treasure. oh, and the restaurant has an incredibly talented chef. everything was impeccably prepared. I can’t recommend highly enough.
