The best thing for me. it was very quiet .I slept so well. Overall .wonderfull.from booking the communication was excellent. Very welcoming on arrival.and was shown around other rooms,as some have a kitchenette.i had asked for a room with bath. It was clean, and tidy. Plus china cups for my tea. Bed very comfy. Slept very well. Will definitely book again when working in and around Coventry and Tamworth.

I booked the property an hour before I arrived and was made to feel very welcome despite the short notice. On arrival, I was given a jug of fresh milk which meant I could make a lovely cup of tea after a long day of travel. Just what I needed and so thoughtful. Room was lovely. Clean and very fresh. Couldn’t help but notice all the furniture was bespoke oak made to fit the room. Loads of parking just outside room. Definitely recommend.

Kwaliteit van de kamer. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met grote oven etc. Vloerverwarming, mooi sanitair, hoge afwerkingsgraad.

Very comfortable and ideal location

Vale Farm is hidden gem of a place to stop, it’s a lovely location nestling in the south Leicestershire countryside. On this occasion, we didn’t have breakfast, our room was equipped with a hob and all the necessary facilities which worked really well for us.

The exit onto the road is a little interesting to pull out of

Nothing really pleasant stay

It's stunning. The location is so quiet and peaceful but so close to main road networks. The room was lovely. Lots of home touches and a sympathetic conversation. An added bonus was the friendly greeting from the labs n arrival . When you are travelling for work it's the home vibe you miss but here you really have it . Ethel , the owner , is fantastic and made sure all was well.
