This place is quite special and full of small, thoughtful details that reveal the owner’s artistic eye. The home itself is idyllic, like something from a movie. The garden is lovely to sit in and very well maintained, and the views of the sea are breathtaking at low tide. Breakfast was splendid, full of local delicacies and abundant coffee, tea, juice, etc. Our room was very clean. We stayed in the seashell room and especially enjoyed the bathtub which is large enough for two ;) The host is very kind, warm, and full of charming stories. He will make sure you feel at ease and steer you to the good restaurants in town.

As the name suggests, it can be incredibly windy on the beach on certain days, but one can only blame Mother Nature for that. Bring a hat and a warm scarf. Also, if coming by taxi you will need to book in advance as it is a very small town.

We loved the property! So quiet and serene, with a lovely view over the cliffs of Normandy. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was so wonderful! Especially for someone with food allergies, Denis went out of his way to accommodate the diet restrictions and we really appreciated his effort. It’s clear that he loves hosting people and having guests at his wonderful home.

If there is one suggestion I could make - it would be to pls add coffee machines to the rooms for early risers who need their caffeine before the breakfast is served.

Vielen Dank an Denis für die tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Landing Beaches und das malerische Umland zu erkunden, vor allem die Unterkunft direkt am Meer, mit einem wundervollen Garten. Denis ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir haben es sehr genießen können und kommen definitiv wieder. 10/10 Location, Gastgeber, Frühstuck, Zimmer, Blick auf das Meer! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dieses Schmuckstück an Unterkunft auf Booking gefunden zu haben.
