Neat and clean. Free Parking on site. Balcony and size of the room and bathroom was good. The very young couple who greeted us were pleasant but had difficulty communicating with us. The place lacked warmth and hospitality but this may develop in time.

The WiFi did not work and was not fixed while we were there. Lack of Signage for entry to the property made it difficult to find. Communication with the people running the place was difficult as they had no English and we , no Italian. We arrived to the place after being out for the night and the key to access our room was missing from the door. We were lucky that there were builders on site to somehow get us in. That said the accomodation does not seem completely finished. Breakfast needs to be improved. It was very basic. At least provide butter for toast and condiments other than just jam. Perhaps an option of eggs/bacon may be good.
