I did not like this place

The view from the room and balcony is on an old dilapidated, uncompleted, abondoned building. Inside the room all is rather old and warn. The bathroom is minute. Washbasin is minimal. The small shelf located above it is sloping and anything put on it slides down into the washbasin. The toilet bowl is kid size and very low making use of it very dangerous for an old person. The drain in shower cubicle does not drain property and a paddle is created making a person standing in waste water. The shower head can not be placed above on the vertical rail because the locking device is broken. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the towels remain wet as the drying rack is not functioning. The Akacja description on booking.com ensures that heating is provided. This is false. During my stay the outside temperature was 6°C, feeling like 3°C according to the weather site for Polanica Zdrój. The property owner said that the heating is not provided. The wifi is unreliable, it regularly turns itself off and finally stopped working. There is no luggage rack in the room forcing me to unpack and pack on the room's floor. There is very limited parking available. The owners requirement to pay by cash created unresolved problems. The communication with the owner is very difficult. I do not recommend this place.
