Perla B&b

A lovely spot. The room opens up into a garden! Michela is very nice. I appreciated the location - away from the insanity of the city but reachable. I wish there were clearer directions at the station for the vaporetti routes, but that has nothing to do with this place. I've been traveling around Italy for six weeks and this was one of the best places. Also loved that there was a coffee maker in the room! Extend your stay and rent a bike, if you can, and take in the beach

Perla B&B is a wonderful place and Michela a lovely host. The bed is very comfortable. Italien breakfast was delicios. The room has everything you need and there is a seating area outside. The shower might be a bit small if you're tall but it's managable. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location was perfect - close to Venice itself but quite and calm. Michela was very nice and welcoming, and was very understanding when our flight was delayed. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The housekeeper was very nice and caring. the communication was also good.

Breakfast was great. The owner even included Nutella after mentioning it on the first morning. The owner was friendly and gave nice tips for the travel. I'm sure this place is even nicer in the summer. Location is good and even if it is on Lido Island it is easy to get to S Marco square by Vaporetto (about 10 min walk to the dock).

Perhaps a rug in the winter months would make the tiled floor a bit more pleasant and warm.

Lovely hospitality and lovely little room with garden.

It was quite cold in the evening that was the only downside.

Although the residence wasn't main Venice city it was still easily accessible.
