"Great place to stay"

The family were lovely. The location beautiful. Bedroom and bathroom spotless. V easy to get into Stratford. The breakfast was phenonomel... A real treat. Extremely good value as well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

"Very welcoming Hosts who have thougth of everything to make Guests stay very comfortable."

Location was very quiet and perfectly situated for my needs .The family Hosts were very engaging and helpful . Breakfast included was suberb and at a time to suit all Guests.

Parking I requested on booking was limited, but I accepted this due to position and rural location of the Farmhouse and also as after unpaking and leaving for an Event I would be returning quite late pm as agreed with Owners . On return both nights I found both spaces taken so had to pull in very close to an uncut hedge in front of a Skip? - fortunaty I am not too precious about scratches on my older vehicle. Not a fault of owners but the lane in front of the Farmhouse had several waterlogged areas as the Water Company I was told responsible for this issue has yet to rectify the problem . Personally I was not effected by this issue too much and agreed to leave my muddy shoes at the door.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Richard, Phillipa and Phillip were so welcoming and have a lovely B&B. The scenery of the chapel outside, farm fields and lovely cottages was brilliant. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom was perfect, breakfast was made for us to our liking, and we had enjoyable conversations with the most friendly hosts. We will be back for sure, not just because of the great experience, but also to support this hard working farming family.
