Villa Gobbi Benelli

Me and my kids had a wonderful stay at Villa Gobbi Benelli from the first minute to the last. Everything was perfect: the large and cosy apartment, the garden surrounding the villa, the large and beautiful pool, the view from the terrace. The breakfast each morning was just wonderful, with surprises every day. Many, many thanks to the wonderful host Dunia, who made our stay unforgettable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Gobbi Benelli mainly because of the warmest welcome given to us from the side of its host, Mrs. Dunja. She was very caring and welcoming, every morning she prepared a fantastic breakfast. She treated us like her family which was very pleasant. We also liked the Villa itself, the beautiful garden and pool with a fantastic view. Having a car, you can reach the sea / Viareggio/ Forte dei Marmi / Lucca and other sites within 10-20mins. We enjoyed an authentic restaurant (“Rino’s”) in the Bargecchia village which Dunja recommended. All in all, we spent some great days at the Villa, we highly recommend it and hope we would be beck soon.

We liked EVERYTHING about Villa Gobbi Benelli! The place is quite uniqe: beautiful, well kept grounds overlooking a magnificent view, spacious rooms lavishly decorated with great attention to details, abundant delicious meals by the poolside, and above all - the people, family and staff, who make you feel you are a special guest in their home. All this amazing endeavor is managed by the lively, generous hostess, Dunja Gobbi Benelli, who is the heart and soul of this beautiful place and helped make our vacation a unique experience.

What's not to like about such a wondeful place?! Maybe having to leave and say good bye to all... But, not to worry, we promised ourselves we will come back again next year.
