Wray Valley B&B - Sustainable Rural Dartmoor Escape

Lovely location and the owners were helpful & friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere. My son made loads of friends with the other children on the campsite even though we only spent one night as B&B guests. The kids loved the chickens, the stream and being able to run around. The garden was perfect for a picnic. The breakfast included delicious homemade bread & jams. Thank you for having us and hope to see you again.

The twin room was a little small but this was expected (as per given in the description). Absolutely fine for a night although wished we could have stayed another night or two! That would have given us more time to explore the stream and the woodlands :)

This is a real find. Kevin and Michelle are friendly and helpful and create a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious and home made. 10/10 all round.

Breakfast was very good and hosts provided gluten free bread. Nice fresh fruit and great jam.

My only quibble is that we were given one small slice of toast each at breakfast. We weren't asked if we'd like another, which made me feel a little uncomfortable having to ask. The coffee in the room was just awful. My husband says the tea was too, though he did drink his.

Comfortable, welcoming, light and airy, good facilities and well stocked with local information.

Aces of the road was a little difficult.
