Wonderful place for my holiday! The room has a nice view with a beautiful balcony, and the bathroom is very big and clean. I am so happy to stay at this place. I strongly recommend it!

Great residence for my trip in Siem Reap. I really enjoyed my stay — the room was clean, the bathroom was big, Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was very good. The owner was very helpful. I first booked only one night, but after staying, I extended for 5 more nights. I strongly recommend this place.

Wonderful place for Angkor Rithy Residence on my holiday trip in Siem Reap. The property has a nice view with a good pool and a beautiful garden. The bathroom and hot tub were clean with hot water. The staff and owner were very helpful and upgraded me to a room with a balcony and pool view. Great location, strong Wi-Fi, and good laundry services and something else they bigger support, If you want it shorter, more formal, or more friendly, I can adjust it!

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

The whole experience. Even though I had booked & paid weeks in advance & had informed the owner I was arriving at night, I wasn’t expected. The gates were closed, lights were off & no one around. Leaving me driving around the city hoping I’d got the address wrong. I hadn’t. When I called David, he lied that he’d tried to email me, a response that doesn’t explain why no one was in. The room I was finally assigned wasn’t what I had booked. And it was filthy. I left that same night & David refused to refund my money. All he was concerned about was me leaving a negative review.

Great place for me to staying at Siem Reap province I am so enjoying with room views pool and so quiet easy to walking areas because to close by Khmer pub street they are many local restaurants I am promises to come back here again I will promise,

Great place the price so cheap I am so enjoying to staying with my room I am book one night here and I am extra one night here because I like my room view and also my bathroom so big and clean for owner super helpful us to pick up from bus station with tuk tuk for free to residence I am will come back again on next month and I am strongly recommend to everyone to staying here .

Questo hotel è palesemente uno scam. Prima di tutto, l’indirizzo che hanno inserito su Booking “Pub Street” non corrisponde assolutamente, tanto che il nostro taxi era confuso e non sapeva come raggiungere l’hotel. Arrivati in hotel, l’ingresso non assomigliava per niente alle foto e siamo dovuti entrare per chiedere se fosse il posto giusto. All’interno non c’era nessuno, quindi abbiamo aspettato che arrivasse qualcuno per fare il check-in.. che consisteva semplicemente nel fare una foto al passaporto e accompagnarci alla camera senza darci nessuna info su orari della colazione, Wi-Fi ecc.. saliamo le scale, facciamo qualche corridoio e arriviamo a questa porta che pensavamo essere la porta di un corridoio in quanto si apriva sia verso l’interno che verso l’esterno.. entriamo in camera ed era davvero imbarazzante.. a parte che era pieno di polvere, macchie sui cuscini, lenzuola di un color panna dubbio perché credo che in origine fossero bianche … c’era la tv ma il cavo non era abbastanza lungo da arrivare alla presa.. dubbiosi abbiamo cominciato a cercare a fondo le recensioni di questo hotel e ne abbiamo trovate un sacco che descrivevano lo stesso schifo.. metà delle recensioni erano di persone che hanno lasciato l’hotel immediatamente prenotando altro su Booking e perdendo i soldi (perché ovviamente questo è stato l’unico hotel di tutta la vacanza che faceva pagamento anticipato e non rimborsabile… chissà perché).. quindi abbiamo trovato un’altro alloggio su Booking e siamo scappati. Questo hotel punta sul fatto che ve ne andrete schifati, fregandovene di lasciargli i soldi della camera. Siamo contenti di aver cambiato hotel. Ps. Scommettiamo anche che dopo questa recensione ne appariranno magicamente decine positivi inseriti probabilmente dalla proprietà per far scendere questa recensione e renderla meno visibile.
