Good breakfast friendly waitress

We were given rooms 11 and 12 the noisiest rooms in the place despite booking months ago.we were just up the stairs from the restaurant and there was a private party of noisy people there t’il 5 pm when I had to complain about the excessive noise The restaurant reopened then for the evening and then we had to put up with the restaurant staff shouting til midnight How they expect anyone to get any sleep in these rooms Is beyond my comprehension I don’t usually complain but we were very disappointed
