"Nice, with some room for improvement"

Stefania was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big enough for the two of us. The utensils of the apartment were functional. It was nice to have the shutters on the windows. Bologna isn't that far by car.

The fridge of the apartment is very small and its freezer isn't really a freezer, anyhting you put in it will melt/won't get frozen. Even worse, the fridge is so loud, that you can't sleep at night since it's in the room. So you have to either use earplugs or find another solution. The road and the highway next to the building are quite loud as well. If you can sleep against all kind of noises then this is a very nice apartment for a few nights. There was no toilet brush in the apartment...

Everything was just wonderful and even though I exprected a high service due to excellent reviews, it still exceeded my expectations! Mrs Stephania is just a wonderful and welcoming host from beginning until the end. Check in and communication was easy, the second you enter the property it just has such a relaxing and homey atmosphere, it's fantastic. Little details such as matching colours in the room, very, very tastefully decorated and they have the cutest little kitchenette and dining area! Delicious sweet and savoury breakfast. Cleanliness is of the highest level! The pool was so pleasant and relaxing, and to keep you company, they have a little friendly dog (called Ulysees) if I'm not mistaken! Such a cute little dog that greats every guest and wags his tail. I utterly enjoyed my stay and would return 100%. So so pleasant, if there was a mark above 10, I'd give it. Thank you, Mrs Stephania! Keep up the excellent work!

We had the most pleasant time! The host is amazing. Great location, nice outdoor space. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The location is fantastic if you are moving around or transiting, just off the motorway. There is also an excellent Trattoria 5 minutes walk don the road

Everything was perfect I enjoyed the great pool a lot. I felt like Iam in a 5 Star holiday resort.
