Beautiful gardens, comfortable and quiet and cozy bedroom, and the host was made the stay absolutely perfect for us. Such a beautiful part of the country and will definitely be returning to Frizenham Farmhouse

You do need a car to reach the property but you can only really get around Devon in a car

Room was chilly but Claire did try and sort that out.

Stunning garden and surrounding countryside. Beautiful plants everywhere, including in the very unique conservatory where we had breakfast. Bed and bathroom etc all very comfortable and clean.

Not much to dislike! Slightly more variety at breakfast would probably make it even better (but breakfast was nonetheless very good).

Very comfortable bed, quiet location and good breakfast. Definitely worth a return visit.

Claire very friendly. Room was lovely. Bathroom well appointed and very clean.

Not possible to lock the bedroom door from the outside.

This is a lovely place. Clare is very nice! She looked after me during the two nights stay. The best place during my 22 days trips in Ireland and Britain. I am recommending everyone I know to stay here.

It was a lovely home for us for two nights whilst we visited my sister. Our room and facilities were just what we liked and breakfast was just what we needed. We had a lovely host in Clair who was always ready for an interesting chat.

We liked the quiet farmland setting of this ‘ex’ farmhouse and the surroundings.

Clare & Mike were great hosts. Lovely room, super breakfasts, happily watched the nesting blue tit's while eating breakfast in the conservatory.

The B&B is in a perfect position just outside the village, great views from the gardens and very atmospheric inside and out. Can't fault the place or the hospitality of the hosts or the food or comfort! Very nice in every respect.

Shame we couldn't stay longer 😉
