Everything. The house, the location, the host. The house is charming, clean, and nicely decorated. It is located next to a lot of beaches and restaurants. The host, Fabrizio, is the best host you can ask for. He is welcoming, nice, and extremely attentive.

Nothing, all was excellent.

Very homely B&B ran by Fabrizio who was super welcoming! He prepared a generous breakfast for us each morning (croissants, fruit, yoghurt, continental options, etc). The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Location was great, right by a direct bus stop into Cagliari and 5 min walk to a quiet beach.

The only slight downside was the noiseproofing as you can hear everything in the hallway, but it didn't really bother us much as there's only a couple of other rooms

Our stay at Fabrizio’s place was lovely! The host takes good care of his guests, serving Italian breakfast everyday. The place is cozy and well-kept. Close to a bus stop to get to the city, there are sandy beaches right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for true Italian vibes, silence and deep relaxation!

Fabrizio is a fantastic host from being so relaxed about our checking in time to making us just the best breakfast and the best CUP OF TEA ! The accommodation is outstanding clean, airy! Quiet, close the beaches and restaurants but most of all the host ! So friendly and helpful thank you so much

Absolutely nothing !

Fabrizio’s B&B was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located just outside Cagliari. The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was amazing—prosciutto, melon, eggs, café, fresh bread, croissants—he’ll happily get whatever you need! Fabrizio was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Renting a car made it easy to explore nearby beaches. We loved every minute and would absolutely return!

We always read reviews before we book. Villamarina42 had nothing but positive reviews. Was this too good to be true? Well, we are going to find out. This was our first visit to Sardinia. We were trying to find out how to get there. I sent a WhatsApp message, and they offered to pick us up at the airport. For a price. But we were good with the offer. Our flight was delayed, and we exchanged messages. When we arrived, it was the owner, Fabrizio. He greeted us like we were already friends. Once at Villamarina42, he offered us a coffee, and we chatted. Our room was exactly like the photographs and very, very clean, and comfortable. Every morning, we were served a delicious breakfast. The filled croissants were warm, and the ham and cheese, breads, and rolls were fresh and delicious. The fruits were really fresh. And the cappuccinos were perfect. Just a few hundred metres from the beach, Fabrizio had everything that we needed, chairs, umbrellas, and cold pack bags. Every time we returned, Fabrizio welcomed us back and offered us coffee. We knew nothing of the area, and he gave us recommendations for dinners. Again, perfect recommendations. One day, we planned a day trip to Cagliari, and he went and purchased us the proper bus tickets, which we reimbursed him for. The bus stop was nearby, and it was a no stress trip. Every time we met, it was like meeting an old friend. The outdoor area was private and great for lounging. I could go on and on, but this was a perfect one week vacation. It was hard to leave. But, we will return. Grazie Fabrizio per tutto. Sei stato il miglior ospite che abbiamo mai avuto. Ti auguriamo tanto successo e speriamo di tornare a trovarti.

Great stay! Fabrizio was very welcoming and helpful. His place is beautiful. Also, the dogs were adorable!

Lovely clean property with sizeable bedroom and very friendly host. Nice and quiet. Good location not too far from Cagliari and close to beautiful beaches

We stayed at Villamarina42 for one week with our two kids. Fabrizio was a fantastic host. He is a very nice person and he is extremely helpful. He prepared a great breakfast every morning according to our individual whishes, he bought bus tickets for us, organized a rental car for a very good price and he took us to the airport when we went back home. The rooms were nice and clean and there is a big kitchen that can be used. The beach, a supermarket, restaurants and the bus stop for the bus to Cagliari are all in walking distance. We had a wonderful week and can highly recommend Villamarina42.
