Excellent location. Room was spotless. Lovely view on a clear day!

Misunderstood booking conditions. Thought First Floor Bed and Breakfast would automatically provide bed AND breakfast but discovered that is only applicable for stays of more than 1night.

Beautiful property in a great location close to the beach and local shops and restaurants! Bright and airy with great views of Kapiti Island. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with fantastic attention to every detail. Provided with a wide selection of continental breakfast options, all beautifully presented. Sharon and Darren are great hosts - welcoming and very friendly.

There is nothing to dislike!

Wow!! What a beautiful place! From the beginning to the end, everything was exceptional. We have done a lot of travel and stayed in basic and amazing accommodation, and this was amazing. It is located in an architecturally cool and interesting house and occupies a top wing of the home offering views of Kapiti Island. It was spacious with 2 seating areas and a large walk in wardrobe. The attention to detail was lovely, a stocked fridge with soda, and reusable glass bottled milk, fresh orange juice, and a choice of still filtered water or carbonated water. We had fresh baked cookies, cherries, cashew nuts, and pretzels to nibble on. The bathroom had a great shower with a heated towel rail, lovely fluffy towels, and toiletries, including makeup remover. There were ample interesting books to read. The walk-in wardrobe had robes to use, selection of pillows and fluffy cozy blankets. The sheets were fine, and the bedding lovely. It was a nice surprise to find our room had been serviced even though we only stayed 2 nights. There actually wasn't anything that this place lacked, and it surpassed any expectations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
