Modern and clean suit

The entrance, kitchen, and corridors have a strong damp smell. The ventilation either doesn’t exist or is not working. There is not enough lighting. For example, there is a large mirror in the room, but the light is 2 meters away above the entrance door. Some of the bulbs are not working properly. In the bathroom, there is nothing to place makeup items on, and the shower cabin is quite dark. There are also not enough hangers for clothes. I travel frequently, and from my experience, I believe that in a modern and secure hotel at this price, even providing disposable slippers would leave a lasting positive impression on guests!

Posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi e si é a Oporto. Vila nova de Gaia é la città delle cantine di porto. La cosa bella é vedere lo skyline di Porto ogni mattina, quando si va verso Porto e la sera quando si rientra

Camera bella e moderna

Great location for our port tasting expedition, and easy to get to by Metro from the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Firm mattress (which my back needs!). Great water pressure in the shower! Found a small shop just down the road for basic supplies and coffee, and a lovely cafe a little further down the road that became our regular brunch spot (we didn’t end up using the shared kitchen or fridge, but it was nice to have the option. Very clear instructions and very responsive host :-)

Not much sound proofing - but there wasn’t much noise so not a problem when it came to sleep.

la difficulté pour trouver le code d'entrée le symbole de la sonnette étant invisible à 19h ... heureusement une personne s'est déplacée et est arrivée sur place 15 mn plus tard ! Les bruits dans la rue toutes les chambres sont au RDC ... vive les boules quies !

L’emplacement permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied, la literie est plutôt comfortable

Les parois de douche sans joints, après chaque douche de l’eau partout. Pommeau de douche qui fuit dans tout les sens également. les fenêtres qui s’ouvrent quasiment pas pour aérer, c’est dommage…. Le pire de tout a était pour se garer, 1h voir 1h30 avant de trouver une place….je vous conseille de ne pas bouger votre voiture !
