The room was small but comfortable and had a refrigerator, excellent air conditioning, and a swimming pool. The area was very quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to spend the night en route. A delicious breakfast was also provided, with excellent coffee. Nearby is the only mosaic school in the world in Spilimbergo, which you can visit - I highly recommend it!

Charming villa with great garden just outside of San Daniele in the green lands overlooking by the Dolomite mountains. Extraordinary service and extraordinary breakfast. Nice room in excellent condition. Incredible value for money.

The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. The facilities are extremely clean.

I can say that it could be improved, not that I did not like it per se, it's that the breakfast could include some salty food on demand, such as an egg or a toast..
