Huone oli pieni mutta kaikki oli erittäin puhdasta. Yhteiset tilat siistejä. Kattoterassiltä oli hienot näkymät katedraalille ja kukkuloille.

The location was perfect, it was nice to have the terrace access.

Whenever someone opened or closed a door elsewhere, the noise was quite loud in our room, I don't know if this was just because of the position of our specific room

The location is exceptional, and the building features a stunning historical exterior. It is situated near one of the tourist attractions in Santa Ana Square. We chose this accommodation because it allowed for very early check-out, which was important to us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Although the exterior and location of the building are extraordinary, the interior does not match the description of exclusive rooms. We stayed in the King's Suite, which had its own bathroom and a fantastic view of the square. However, there is no lobby where you can wait for your room to be ready, nor is there a place to leave your luggage. We waited in the rain and wind in front of the door for about half an hour (with a lot of luggage), but luckily, we were allowed into our room 90 minutes early; otherwise, we would have been quite cold. There is no reception or staff available to assist with luggage. We had to find and book an early transfer to the airport ourselves (around 5 AM) and managed all our visits and attractions in the city independently. Guests are entirely left to their own devices. During our three-day stay, our room was not cleaned, nor were fresh towels provided. The rooms are also not soundproof. One night, the guests above us were partying until 3 AM with loud music, and there was no staff available to address the noise. Furthermore, there is no safety deposit box in the room, and what is more concerning is that the same key opens both room number 1 and room number 2. We discovered this by accident when we unlocked the wrong room. After that, we always carried our valuables with us, which was not pleasant at all.
