When we arrived the air-conditioning was already on so the room had a pleasant cool atmosphere on a hot day.... the host already had prepared extra beds for our 5year old twins.... our hosts were so friendly that made us feel like we met our friends for a day... I wish we could give a few more stars for their hospitality....

These people went above and beyond, really and truly. They bailed me out when I had a transportation snafus in an incredibly generous gesture that really surprised me. The European warmth and love was amazing. I will definitely go back. I basically cannot say enough. I was a naive American regarding certain aspects of the Italian transportation network and these people basically saved me. I wish them the best

I liked it all. Room was clean and the hosts were incredibly generous.

The owners were so friendly and caring, they even took us to the train station because there were no taxis. Breakfast was lovely, bed very comfortable and the place was very clean.

Amazing hospitality and even though we spoke different languages, Fulvio used Google translate and showed a great interest in the bike race I was in. I would love to go back next year!

Large room with 2 single beds and interesting fold down bunk beds. Air conditioning was already on (on a warm day). Fridge, good wifi, nice bathroom. Someone greeted me as soon as I arrived (often I have had to hunt for someone) as well as good communication from the friendly Fulvio beforehand.
