Big garden area, with a few grubby chairs and other seating. Pleasant and helpful staff member at breakfast

The room I booked was advertised as having a kitchen, it didn't. I triple checked which amenities (oven, microwave, stove top etc) it had as we planned to cook that evening after a visit to the supermarket. When we arrived we were shown to a basic room on the first floor with no kitchen, I explained to the staff member that I'd booked a room with a kitchen and she said yes there is a kitchen, she took us down two floors to the basement where there was indeed a kitchen, it was lit by one temporary light bulb as the rest of the strip lighting had been removed, it was really a semi commercial kitchen no longer in use, we had no choice and ended up using it, very strange experience.

Friendly, comfortable, warm. Pleasant staff and location. Lovely breakfast.

Shower curtain always blows in.
