Posizione molto comodo all’uscita dell’autostrada, parcheggio privato, pulizia, camere grandi, colazione squisita presso una pasticceria a due passi. Super consigliato Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!!

We stayed for one night on our way down south. The location was convenient, not far from the highway and also next to a big ancient amphitheater, which was fantastic to explore the next morning. Despite arriving late after a long drive from Rome, the check-in process could have been smoother, as we only received entry instructions after calling the owner. The facility was clean but felt a bit cold in October, with heating only from the AC unit. Breakfast was a bit confusing. It is in a cafe nearby, but that morning we’ve been there the cafe was closed, and the alternative spot offered just sweet croissant and coffee with an unfriendly service. Parking was also tricky, with very limited space on the narrow street in front of the apartment

Breakfast could be better, we would have preferred a savory option instead of just a sweet croissant, especially when starting a day on the road.

We arrived late because our flight was delayed, in addition to serious traffic jams on the Autostrada from Rome. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by the very friendly son of the owner. He recommended us to have a late meal at the nearby “Il Trace” restaurant, an excellent choice :-) The simple but tasty Italian complementary breakfast the morning after was served at nearby Pasticceria Napoletana. The B&B is located very central but quite area near the impressive remains of the huge Roman amphitheater.

Nothing not to like about this B&B!

Our room was clean and comfortable, very lovely! The location, for us, was wonderful because we were in town to visit the coliseum, which is a quick five minute walk away. They offer free parking which is a huge plus for travelers! The best part of our stay was our hostess and her wonderful son, who were warm and kind, very helpful. We made a big mistake (sorry, Franca!!) and they did not get upset or mad at us (which they easily could have done, but they were instead gracious and helpful). We would happily stay here again.
