Posticino accogliente, pulitissimo. Proprietaria davvero gentile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Mio marito ha allergie alimentarie e si è adoperata per fargli fare una colazione perfetta. Grazie ancora

Emilia was super nice and attentive. It is a great B&B if you travel through Italy and need an overnight stay.

Very clean and with a choice of pillows!

The structure is very aseptic it feels a little cold. It is very well noise insulated from the outside but not from the corridor. We could hear everything at all times

The yellow room is so cute! And silent, its windows are not facing the street. The owner Emilia is kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the guests. The B&B is very clean, modern; there's a shared kitchen in the property (3 rooms in total) and I was able to make myself a tea at night. Abundant breakfast. The B&B is nearby Massimo Bottura's Casa Maria Luigia, so perfect for visits at the restaurant and for Modena.

For late sleepers - while being in my room, I heard noise in the corridor and in the shared kitchen spaces from 8AM onwards, so just to keep that in mind.

Very clean room, delicious fresh cornetto, cappuccino, yogurt, and fresh fruit for breakfast, and the hostess was very responsive and kind.

Clean and new apartment with generous breakfast included. Spacious room. Just keep in mind apartment is on the first floor.
