Great location for why I was in Palmerston North. Lovely quiet Street. Very clean and tidy and everything I needed was there. Toan is a great host. Very welcoming and homely home away from home.

The welcome by both Toan and his flatmate was exceptional. Peter even carried my bag up the stairs to my room on the first floor. Plenty of instructions on facilities and where to find everything in the house. I was happy to bond with the cat before I left the next morning. Excellent value for money and I will definitely be back to stay there if/when I return to Palmerston North. I appreciated the offer of being able to park my car in their garage.

Wow, exceptional experience in all aspects. The room was spotless, so comfortable and very handy to town. Plus a very friendly cat 🐈

Very quite , warm and comfortable bed . Shower was very good with plenty of hot water.

The kitchen was very close to owners room . The table was by the wall that entered into his room ..I would have table closer to lounge area where you could eat , watch a movie or have private conversation . I was going to cook but decided to eat out so I wouldn't make alot of noise in kitchen .

On last day prepped toasted sandwiches for our early departure which was great

Continental breke was bit basic., ie no juice, had to go get bread for toast, Shared areas were not easily heated so was chilly Laundry for towels not made clear but fixed once asked

Plenty of space and value for money. Toan was a good host. Highly recommend this place if you looking for a comfy and spacious place to stay a night or two.

Very friendly host and his cat. I felt warmly welcome.

TVNZ got stuck but no problem, I was not in the mood to watch TV anyway.
