Bellissima struttura, pulita e accogliente. Atmosfera familiare: siamo stati solamente una notte ma è stato come sentirsi a casa. Vista strepitosa, colazione abbondantissima e con vasta scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Se avremo occasione di visitare di nuovo quelle zone, torneremo sicuramente in questo B&B.

We really liked the large pool, the terrace with vinyeard views, the varied breakfast and the small amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. Having dinner at the property was one of the highlights of our stay.

Tout! Le lieu, la deco, les petites attentions, le petit déjeuner, tout était parfait. Même les petits détails. Dommage que nous devions rester qu’une nuit. Même les propriétaires sont adorables. Je recommande

Das Frühstück von Sandra ist außergewöhnlich für Italien. Täglich wechselnde Kuchen, Quiche oder zb Avocado Toast- alles selbst gebacken und frisch. Guter Tipp fürs nahe gelegene Weingut Villa S . Anna

Swimming pool , rooms, peaceful, cleanliness. Sandra is a brilliant chef. We had lovely breakfasts and we recommend trying evening meal - it was delicious both times we had it.

Nothing (Abbadia is quiet so you need a car)

The location is a bit out of the way and not much going on close by. Not a “dodgy” area but quite different to towns as you get closer to Montepulciano. In saying that, the airbnb was enough off the main road so it didn’t feel like you were in that area

Lovely property set in beautiful gardens with a pool. Quiet and peaceful with a great host who was so helpful and full of local knowledge
