Well located, kind host.

We expected a bit more from the room for the price we paid.

Sandra is a gem. She waits for you to arrive and gives you the key and shows you a couple of things. Her breakfast is such a treat and the place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. We stayed for 2 nights during March and although the nights were cold (after coming from Florence), the heat worked well. We brought our college aged daughter who had a semester in Florence into the country for a couple of days and the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect. Due to the weather we could not enjoy the outside apartment patio in the evening. Also note that during off season during the weekday, a lot restaurants are closed. We ate the second night at La Grotta, which was amazing.

The floors in the apartment are a little chilly for barefeet, so just bring flip flops or extra pair of heavy socks.

The stay was beautiful. Exceeded pur expectations. There were good eateries nearby and Montepulciano and Pienza were both just 15 mins away. The rooms were large and beautifully themed and thoughtfully designed. Sandra was very helpful and very generous towards us.

The property was very quiet and clean, but close enough to travel throughout Tuscany

Sandra We greatly enjoyed our stay at Our hostess was extra accommodating when we arrived after hours due to an extensive traffic jam. Our room was clean and very charming with details making it feel like old world Italy. The hostess was a delight and prepared the most amazing and abundant breakfasts including homemade pastries and savories. She also placed goodies and water in our room for an evening snack. The property was quiet and had beautiful landscaping with gardens, olive trees and a large vineyard and ample parking for our rental car. Definitely recommend!

Sandra was an excellent host! The property is beautiful & our room very spacious & comfortable. The breakfast each morning was amazing & delicious! Variety & many choices for all palates. We stayed for six nights and it is a perfect location to explore Tuscany. We even used the pool to relax one afternoon. Highly recommend this gem of a B&B!!

Nice quiet location a short drive from Montepulciano. Rooms were clean with fun decor. Best breakfast we had during our trip to Italy! Sandra was the perfect hostess! Will recommend!

Everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property. Sandra is an excellent host, always ready to help, book restaurants and wine tours etc. The breakfast was delicious. A variety of different baking every morning. When we came back each day, we would find some cake in our room that Sandra had baked. It was always so good. It was a benefit having a lovely swimming pool at the property. The apartment was very clean and well decorated and had all the facilities we required.

When booking our stay, we could only get the 2 bedroom apartment which we didn’t need just for us two. It was very tastefully decorated with nice touches throughout, modern facilities but in traditional Italian decor. However we decided to sleep in the second bedroom upstairs rather than the main with the en-suite as there was not enough natural light in the main room and the window in the bathroom was covered which made the whole area very dark.

It's an oasis of calm, much welcome after touring busy hill towns and driving winding roads. The apartment Basilico was charming, clean, spacious for 2. We cooked dinner in our apartment twice and appreciated that all the basics were there. This apartment has a private terrace with furniture, which was a comfortable place to relax or eat dinner. Pool area clean, beautiful greenery all around. Host Sandra was exceptional: inviting personality, knowledge of area and recommendations, and the most amazing home made breakfasts.

We wished there had been a good restaurant within walking distance. Otherwise this was a perfect stay.

Sandra was amazing, incredibly lovely, helpful and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and the small scale of the property gave it an intimate feel.
