Rooms and the swimming pool are not cleaned during the day. The bathroom is very small. One of the employee booked for us a boat for Padang Bai and taxi for Amed but the taxi never came.He didn't refund us.

It was very close to the Turtle Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was sweet

The staff was really nice and helpful. You could even book snorkeling tours there. The bike rental was very easy to get from the hosts and the pool was really comfy.

The breakfast was pretty similar every day

The host Toby is very welcoming and chatty. The room is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable we stayed 5 nights here. The location is good it doesn’t take long to get to the water. We hired bikes through Toby to get around. The breakfast is ok, not much choice but still nice. If you need anything extra like toilet roll or new towels just ask.

It would be good if there was a light above the mirror as the room is quite dark. There was no option to change the temperature on the shower so the water wasn’t warm. We also had an evening where some other guests were incredibly loud at 5am in the morning, slamming doors and shouting outside. It is known as the party island so this is something to be mindful of when booking. Other than that we would definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy 6 minute walk from the port so doable even with luggage. The staff was amazing and so helpful! I needed help with my return ferry and Toby offered to accompany me to the port and helped me check in and secure my boarding pass.

bathrooms are quite compact staff could have been more attentive/professional pool could be cleaner

a day someone try to open my door, and other someone look inside the room, really weird thing, I was really uncomfortable also I left 3 days before. I won’t recommend this place if you are traveling alone
