Friendly staff and a good location

Described as quiet, it was not quiet, and in fact incredibly loud every night.

The pool was decent for cooling off, but the whole place looks nothing like photos everything is very tired and old, it’s not on the beach, it’s opposite a farm on a dirt track road, using a bunch of irrelevant and misleading photos. The staff all just sit outside smoking all day. Tried to rip us off with the laundry price too.

Aircon doesn’t work, gave us old fan with no cover which is definitely not the same as aircon, then took our fan one night without asking and replaced with completely broken one. It was so hot and uncomfortable. Shower head was also broken, bathroom door didn’t lock.

The staff were were helpful with booking activities and helping us with our laundry. Anything we needed the sorted for us. It was clean and good value for money. Perfect for a group of girls travelling.

Good location

Facilities are not great. The pictures make it seem much nicer. But not bad for the price. The staff also have a strange vibe , as a girl staying here it was uncomfortable with all the male staff.

Simple, clean and comfortable. Because it’s a little further away from the main area and all the bars, it’s very quiet and peaceful at night so we got a good nights sleep! The hosts were amazingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. They helped us get to the other Gili islands too!

It’s a 15 min walk from the harbour which is tricky with the heat and carrying luggage. But the horse and carriage is handy and solves this.

The stuff was really nice, kind and helpful very good location with a bike you could go everywhere

The staff and owner are incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I arrived sick at gili t and it got worse as I was there. From a distance the owner was really helpful and the staff checked in on me daily and made sure I was taken care off. They are AMAZING!!!

Toby and the staff are friendly and accommodating

Whilst it was good value, I felt the room looked tired
