the limited food options, 2 restaurants with limited variety of food. the seafood was great but the rest of the meals tasted pretty weak.

Amazing hotel with great rooms and facilities. All staff were super helpful, everyone within the hotel was trying to please us and make our stay comfortable and satisfying. Rooms are very spacious, pools are amazing, all beachbeds are super comfortable. Also there is an amazing music all over the hotel with a perfectly set volume and great selection of relaxing songs. This is one of the best hotel at the Kenyan cost. We will definitely come back.

After visiting more than 300+ hotels all over the world, this was the most terrible booking experience I've ever had. About 10 days before our check-in George reached out to me on whatsapp from a random Spanish number and sent a link demanding me to make a payment for the whole stay. This looked fishy and I reached out to booking.com support who told me not to pay through any links as per policy I shall be paying upon arrival. I refused to pay and few days later George reached out to me again through the booking.com app and start threatening me to cancel my booking (sending me a screenshot of him holding his cursor on the cancel button) claiming that he couldn't verify my identity and my credit card is a fraud, and this gives him the authority to cancel my booking. I reached out to the booking.com support again and they strongly advised not to make any payments through any links, they also said they reached to the hotel directly but there was no response. Upon arriving and making the payment (it turns out my credit card wasn't a fraud) I didn't get an apology from anyone. This was quite stressful as I was afraid that he could actually cancel our booking and given that this is a high season this could ruin the whole holiday if we had to look for another hotel. I believe for a hotel of such a premium level, there should be a better treatment for customers who want to spend time with their families at your hotel.

Everything The staff was very friendly and did everything we asked them to do. The food was also very good.
