Beautiful complex nice garden with nice walk ways . Very comfortable ambience

Has high potential to be consistent fabulous if prompt cleaning is enhanced especially controlling insects interacting rooms. More local Food varieties will be helpful as once in the complex you don’t want to go out. My experience was during low season.

Truth be told there was nothing i enjoyed or liked. Next time they need to treat customers as real billionaires not to just use the name without a proper billionaire treat.

Nothing i liked, the restaurant service was poor, my room was absolutely horrible, TV was not working, Air condition was absolutely horrible, the bed was not comfortable. So literally they got to give billionaire treat as indicated not to just use the name to attract customers.

I liked the staff, the design, the vastness, the pools, the beach!

Didn't like the fact that there is no room service at night, and basically after ~19:00 you have no options to eat anything at the hotel except for their dinner which is a 4 course menu that costs 8000 kes per person. To be fair I visited in low season and capacity of the hotel was very low. Malindi is very hot and humid and air conditioning at the hotel definitely can improve- first night was too hot for me even with AC on full power. So the next day they automatically upgraded my room for free and it was way better, but still it wasn't cold enough for me to get under a blanket or wear clothes while sleeping.
