Lady Tenby - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Tenby (Windsor House)

Central location and an amazing view of the beach and harbour.

Amazing location and you get a beautiful view of the coast. The apartment felt luxurious and was very comfortable for the family. Had everything you needed - plus nice and warm.

All aspects were exceptional, location, view, cleanliness, layout, great kitchen and bathroom , very friendly seagull on the windowsill every morning 😛

We hated having to leave

The location and view were a definite 12 out of 10 Amazing views and steps away from both North & South Harbors as well as tons of eating, shopping, trinket shops, and more. Great space and layout. Wine fridge was very convenient Washer/dryer combo was useful. Sponges, washing machines, and dishwasher pods was appreciated. The table in the sitting area is fantastic with coasters for plates and cups provided. A built-in breakfast style sitting nook would prob save their walls from damage done by chairs, though. A seagull visited us minutes within arriving and kept returning throughput our stay. Made more wonderful pictures along with views of the North Harbor.

4 main complaints. 1) The pillows in both rooms and all beds were absolutely horrible. After the first night, we all used some from the couch after debating buying some at local stores and leaving them. 2) There are fans that run in the bathrooms constantly that can not be shut off. This definitely affected quality of sleep the nights we were there, for people in both rooms. 3) Apt was mostly clean for common surfaces, but window sills had not been wiped down for quite some time. Walls def need to be scrubbed, esp in bathrooms. The shower had sand and rust remnants underneath the metal step-in. The showers' grout areas had mildew on sides and bottom - in definitene of deep cleaning and grout sealing. Wardrobes and drawers had grit in them (sand I'm guessing). Window shades in bedroom and living area were both partially broken. 4) I did message ahead of time for any information on parking (recommendations on lots, proximity and/or availability of private vs public lots based on local knowledge, but never received a response through booking.com message feature, just automated check-in/out messages. The closest lot we could find to park and walk our luggage from - as the street was packed with people and busy with cars we could not pull over curb to drop off luggage first on arrival - was 12 pounds per 24hr and with no app or automated way to renew, so had to go back around exp each day to buy more time.

Great location and views. Cosy but spacious apartment with everything you need.

Breakfast was not provided, although some staples such as tea bags, coffee and milk were to hand. Location was superb and the views from the lounge windows were excellent. A multitude of domestic appliances were available.

No complaints whatsoever.

Very good location, lovely sea views, spacious.

In the evenings the shower was cold and despite requesting for this to be looked into, it was completely ignored. Bath fan stays on all through the night.
