Fabulous little place, everything you needed was there even left us milk and Welsh cakes very comfortable and private.

Took my husband a little while to get the hot tub going but once he did the heat stayed in over night we just topped it up in the morning.

Perfect retreat during between Christmas and New Year. Amazing location with the local pub, shop and train station within walking distance. The cabin was well equipped with everything you may need for a mini break. We especially loved the fenced outdoor area, which was perfect for our dogs!

Even after a lot of perseverance, we couldn’t get the hot tub to light :( It was a very cold night which didn’t help, but it was more difficult to get going than expected. We didn’t end up using it.

The location was perfectly quiet and local village had everything you need

Toaster didn’t work and a thermometer for hot tub would be great

Loved the peaceful setting, sat in the hot-tub under the oak tree watching the bats hunt was amazing. It was so quiet and we never saw anyone the whole stay which was exactly what we needed. The cabin was clean and tidy and served us well. We brought our own firewood and an axe which we found useful.

If I'm being critticle the bark around the garden area and hot tub needs re plenishing as it got walked into the Cabin and we had to sweep up each time we entered. . maybe provide chlorine as the hot tub was clean and had chlorine in the water on arrival but after a few uses we felt the chlorine needed topping up. This may not be possible so don't take it as a full negative as this isn't our intent.

The seclusion was perfect and quiet.

The noise from overhanging tree branches banging on the roof in the wind all night.
