Clean, tidy everything needed for your stay

2 bedrooms were actually 1 bedroom and 3 beds in the lounge area. A bit dated very old air con which didn’t work. Whole apartment was very hot, 36degrees during the day!

Absolutely nothing to like.

To check in, we were asked to call a mobile number to receive the key. The person could not speak English well and was rude. First by suggesting we booked for a different date and secondly by hanging up several times mid conversation. She had apparently sent the key retrieval information by Whatsapp message but this was not received. SMS messages were sent after. We waited 1.5 hours outside a cloaed hotel entrance to get the key to the apartment next door. In the end, we had to pick this up ourselves from the closed reception. No one was willing to come down to check us in. Abysmal service and an absolute joke! On booking.com, we ensured the accommodation came with on site, secure parking. On arrival, the SMS text confirmed we were not allowed to park on site but were to park on the main street instead. The apartment was not up to standards. For example, the rug in the bathroom and the floors were sticky. The bed was awful and springs could be felt. The door would not lock and could be opened by anyone from the outside. Half empty shampoo and soap bottles of different brands, including Lidl, were placed in the bathroom. The table, which was held together with some metal DIY connectors, could seat 4 in a 5 person apartment. The kitchen had a fridge. Coffee sachets were not provided. Instead, a half empty jar of Nescafe granules were left on the table - not very hygienic. Check out was equally problematic and lengthy. In the morning, we were also informed that we should have parked our car in the apartment's parking place. Shame they could not have provided this information in the SMS. At €171 for a 5 hour stay, this was an unpleasant rip off. Avoid at all cost!

Difficult to arrange talking in English. Waiting for check-in and check-out, reception wasn't available, only on phone

We booked an apartment that was offered with photos in the hotel and we got an apartment in a multi-family building next to the hotel whose standard was much lower than the one we paid for. The owners of the facility didn't see any problem with the fact that you book one thing and get another thing and they didn't want to give any discount.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
