Very clean an had everything U need

Clean. Everything we needed was in the apartment Location was great!

Nothing to dislike

Lock box, easy to obtain keys with code provided the previous day to our stay

Very strong damp smell throughout apartment with numerous damp traps and solid air fresheners. Despite this we still had to buy additional room spray to hide the damp smell. Small tv that lacked any form of smart features which you expect as standard these days. Bed was comfy but pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Smell of urine in bathroom which was hard to ignore. Flat is in a great location, however is could do with some TLC. A coat of paint would be a welcome improvement and the random artwork and ornaments just added to a very dated look. Kitchen doors dont fit and smell of damp inside of cupboards and utensils. It looked like mould was on the plastic trays in the cupboard.

Shower went hot and cold, light switch in bathroom needed attention.

The location was brilliant

We were traveling by train, and this was a wonderful location, as it was close enough to the train station to make it a comfortable walk. We could then drop off our bags, get ourselves settled, and have a short walk to town and the beaches. It was extremely convenient. The apartment is well appointed. The washer was a big part of why we chose this apartment halfway through our travels. The washer does a good job and begins to dry the clothes, but the provided clothes rack was needed to finish the job. After staying in some rooms where we had no real place to sit, it was a joy to have comfortable places to sit and enjoy our evenings. It includes lots of games for children in a large closet.

We had an issue with our lock, but they had someone there to fix it within 5 or 10 minutes. That was some great service.

Space. Large apartment, comfortable bed, lounge. Warm. Felt at home. Excellent location just 40 yards outside town walls.

Shared Entrance hall not very welcoming. A little street noise but location negates this. Skirting boards and some surfaces need freshening up with a lick of paint.
