Orchard Cottage - Luxurious Barn Conversion - Beavers Hill

Plenty of space, super clean and a great location to visit lots of the local places of interest. The alpacas in the field next door were a bonus!

Very quiet location. Not far to travel to see the sights around pembrokeshire. Big house with ample space for large groups.grrat selection of crockery & utensils. Loads of information on things to do & see

Toiletries in bathrooms would have been a nice touch. Decor a bit dated.

Lovely and spacious. Exceptionally clean. Lots of space to park. Friendly helpful owners

The Wi-Fi could have been better

Quite place. The house was beautiful clean and comfortable. Near to all the attractions.

The location was lovely although I wasn’t aware that we were so close to the Alpaca trekking centre but luckily this was quiet. The kitchen was clean and modern and the dining table was a good size. The communication book was full of helpful information. The recycling facilities were good. The bedding was comfortable.

The decor was a little run down in the bathroom next to the utility room / the plaster was flaking off the ceiling, the shower leaked, there was poor extraction through the fan as it was absolutely filled with thick dust, and there was rather a lot of mould within the grout around the tiles inside the shower and to the right of the toilet unit. The light above the shower flashed regularly suggesting that there was a faulty connection. The ladder to the mezzanine bedroom was a good idea in principle although it’s steep gradient made it precarious to use - we had to leave a light on in the lounge area at night in order to use it safely. Neither my parents (in their seventies) nor my pregnant sister in law felt able to use it. You couldn’t easily carry belongings up there e.g suitcase. The towels were too small and didn’t cover us so we couldn’t walk to and from the bathroom to our bedrooms in our towels. We felt the need for a shoe rack and coat hooks by the front door to store our things as there were 7 of us. We didn’t notice the ones in the utility took til the last day. The porthole lights in the bedroom are troublesome when day breaks as they let the light in directly above your head.

Lovely quiet location near to lots of beaches. Very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely host who checked in on us.

Difficult to adjust temperature on shower in bathroom, kept going cold one minute and too hot the next. Shower tray in shower room cracked causing water to leak into shower room floor.
