117 is a death trap waiting to happen . No fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector in the downstairs and the only one in the place which was upstairs did NOT work at all ! The stair banaster is a hazard and is so wobbly that it could literally fall off . The carpet is filthy dirty and the sofas are ready for the dump as so stained really disgusting .We had to use a duvet and sheet to cover them to be able to sit down. It smelt of cigerette smoke . The kitchen table wobbled and was sticky and had cup marks already on it.The worksurface was horrible too. Bathroom very dated . Bed linen and towels were okish but glad we took our own . We left early as didnt feel safe in the property without fire safety alarm and was horrible . I have reported these issues to the relievant authorities. I must say this is privately owned and the site itself looked ok , given the experience we wouldnt stay again ! Oh plus NO wifi which we werent told about and the site facilities you had to pay for as not in the cost either.

The property was not clean.The dish drainer was dirty and ended up not using it. Bathroom needs renovation. No hot water when we arrived .The door lock needed to be change due to the previous occupant took the keys with them,hence no keys available and the owner need to sort it out.although we were informed ahead,it was still a hassle.

Lovely soft mattresses. Warm and cosy. Great location and countryside views at the back. I have a messy 4 year old, so I was pleased the house didn't look like a show home. This meant I could relax a little on our Christmas holiday! Sofa's were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There are a few issues with the bedroom light and the shower plug, but that was all. I would stay again.

Would benefit from a solar powered security light at the front. It would make it easier to see the steps.

The house and location are very good. everyone was very nice and welcoming at the resort.

The mattresses in the property are not comfortable at all. (Both rooms) We barely slept. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing 😞

Beds very comfortable and the size of the property was ideal. Kitchen and equipment/utensils were adequate.

Not able to park next to property (mobility issues otherwise not a problem) although parking nearby. Bathroom fittings need updating and bathroom sink taps dripping. Toilet seat broken.

For the money, this was excellent accommodation. Everything you need for a family break. Open plan living area with TV, DVD, full size fridge and double oven, microwave, kettle, utensils and crockery. 2 bedrooms, a double and twin, all comfy. Lots of storage space too. Bathroom had a decent shower and towels were all soft and fluffy. Facilities on the site are great, 2 pools, gym, mini golf, pub, cafe etc.

Not the most accessible, there are several steps to get down the property and there is no adjacent parking, but there is plenty of parking on the site so it's never a problem.
