Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform North Beach Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 1 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

This boutique hotel is nicely decorated. It’s closed to train station, outlet, park, beach and plenty of dining option. I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, the view from the patio was amazing, and it was so quiet. It felt like we were the only people in the whole place because we didnt see another guest. If youre on the fence about staying here, just do it. It is amazing and you will not find a better deal/property for the price. It almost seems like its too good to be true. We will definitely be back!
