Good location in the town centre but far from anything important

They did not release the hold on my card. Instead they charged it twice. I now have to waste time to run a chargeback. So far they refunded only one of the two unauthorised charges. I didn't have access to a washing machine, and the pool room was cold.

The first room we had, had black mold all over the bathroom. The second room we moved to, had a puddle in the bathroom from the leaking ceiling. And the floors were damp. The heated pool, is not heated it is very cold. The outside doors were open 24/7 allowing the freezing cold air in to the pool and room areas. I do not recommend staying there!

The place is filthy,smells and like cigarettes in the room and all throughout the property. The pool had cloudy/dirty water. The grounds,the main office,the furniture,carpeting…were run down,outdated and unsanitary. Not sure how the place is in business!
