Royal Rawal - Luxury Boutique Hotel

Very clean,good service.

The room and facilities were great, a bit small but that's reflected in the price. Location wise, it's slightly further out to the pink city, but that means less noise, and easier to find taxis. We stayed here for a few days, and paid a bit more to stay closer to the pink city for a few days and definitely preferred this location. The staff were friendly and the manager was really helpful!

Condition and privacy of the house was just amazing. A seperate floor and large living room was a cherry on top.

I stayed for 3 days and yet I have nothing serious to point but yeah it was a bit hectic to get the password of WiFi from them and WiFi seems to be unstable there and yeah TV remote is just frustrating.

Pressure in the shower was good, internet worked properly and bed was comfortable. The manager was very nice and tried to solve our problems and maje our stay confortable, however there were so many problems during our stay. Staff at breakfast were very attentive.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It has just been recently renovated and many many thing are missing, we believe it should not be open to public until this is met. We asked in advanced if they accepted payment by card which ended up not being possible and solutions had to be proposed by us, making the whole process very draining. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned even though we specifically asked for it (we shouldn’t have to). We didn’t even have toilet paper in the room. The hotel floors and furniture were dusty for the entirety of our stay meaning they do not clean daily. Breakfast buffet was basically empty. Overall a very unfortunate experience at this hotel that should definitely not have the word luxury in its name nor a 4 star rating.

Staffs are good specially the owners and the property is clean situated in a descent location.

The food options are very limited and they should highlight that it's purely veg as it came to me as a surprise only after I asked for omelette
