USUSThe location was great, access to services and the interstate was convenient. Our room was adequately appointed, the bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and soft. Our room was conveniently located for easy access to the parking lot. The morning staff was helpful with our issues.
We unfortunately had a neighbor above us who stomped across the floor hourly. The ceiling and walls shook whenever this happened and the artwork on our wall rattled. Also, the plumbing was such that, on the hourly trek made by the neighbor above, and resulting flush, we could hear the water running down the outside wall adjacent to our bathroom. Very distracting. Our bathroom was its own horror story: the baseboards around the shower stall were dirty and yellowed and the shower was moldy on the inside around the pan. Then, the toilet was no properly seated to the floor and wobbled when you sat on it. You could see where there had been a feeble attempt to repair this, but the repair was a failure. Someone tried to caulk to stop leaking and the sewage seeped under the caulk. Smelly and unstable situation!
