it was centrally located to popular places.

it was incredibly dirty and smelly. It smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was a toenail or fingernail on our floor. Trash was still in our room from previous guests.

There was no breakfast

Toilet leaked, bath tub was very slippery, there was mold growing on both dust ruffles, room smelled awful. There was no one at the desk in the morning, just a sign indicating a phone # if help was needed.

Not much

Breakfast area under construction to become a conference room. Strange odor in elevator every time we went in it. Cigarette butts on floor in hallways. No Do Not Disturb sign. Had to get from front desk. Not enough towels in room. No bath mat. No coffee maker in room. Coffee in lobby barely warm. Sheets on bed were dirty. Wall outlets placed very high on wall. Could not fully open fridge door due to placement of fridge. Floor dirty. No desk - just an odd end table. Desk chair - super uncomfortable. Enough with the pot smell. Check in material had amenities that should have been available marked out with a sharpie. TV did not work - had to get the desk clerk to come up and connect the TV. Air/Heat not on upon arrival - room smelled musty. Only two trash cans. Bugs in room. Window dirty. It didnt need gambling machines off the lobby.

The room smelled terrible. There were white stains all over the rug. The remote had a sticky residue all over it(that would not even cone off when i tried to clean it.) Had to call maintenance to get the TV to work. Towels were very scratchy.

The room was not bad decent size and fairly clean

My family came up to Lancaster for an event. As we pulled up and arrive there is a bunch of people on the balcony and in the parking lot screaming, yelling and partying. I went inside to check in and mentioned something to the front desk guy and he did not seem to care. Made him aware that there's all these people partying everywhere. He did not care. As we're going up to our room, the hallways are very dirty. Trash bag sitting around random trash thrown everywhere. It is not very clean.
