The staff at this hotel are excellent. They’re intelligent and knowledgeable. They are a friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff (they keep a very clean room). I will surely stay at The Hampton Inn in Oroville again - they have a good breakfast too.

I waited for staff to come clean my room, replace the bed sheets, provide fresh towels, and restock toilet paper, but no one ever came. The ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was not on the door. I was very disappointed with the service.
