We spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing. The room was spacious and very comfortable. When we picked up our car to drive home there was a dent and scratch on the passenger door. We pointed it out and gave the valet all our information. They said they would submit a claim and that the hotel manager would call us in a few days. A few days later we received an email stating our claim was denied and never heard from the hotel manager. We thought we had found our perfect hotel on Clearwater Beach but we will not be staying there again.

Erster Eindruck bei der Anreise. Aber das ist wohl allgemein so in der Gegend, dass man in keine Lobby tritt. Abgabe des Autos nur digital, ohne nur irgendeine Bestätigung der Übernahme irritiert doch. Laustärke der Klimaanlage im Zimmer für ein brandneues Hotel ist inakzeptabel.

USUSUSAll the staff are excellent and the amenities in the hotel and options nearby for food are excellent. Julie at the front desk made our night, helping us open our own bottle of wine and finding a place on the balcony to play cards. Hunter was our server and was completely open to us having one of his tables, no issue.
CHCHTous les employés étaient accueillants, gentils et serviables. L’hôtel est moderne et soigné. On s’y sent comme à la maison.
L’espace piscine pourrait être un petit peu plus grand.
