The property and staff are excellent! Beautiful view, room was clean, and the staff is very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and especially want to thank the desk staff—Shani and Tina—who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience. Mission accomplished, Ladies! I hope the hotel management team recognizes your work ethic and contributions to serving guests!

Property was well kept with a beautiful view of the ocean. Not a fan of valet parking since it hinders my mobility.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Hiatus. Every worker we encountered was extremely friendly and/or helpful. We booked a partial ocean view room with two queens and a pullout. The room was spacious and the view was quite nice for a partial ocean view. We frequented the pool bar and restaurant and enjoyed everything ordered. The pool is on the roof top, it's a small pool. The daily resort fee includes the jolly trolley allowing you to taxi around Clearwater for free. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and close to various shopping and restaurants. The cabanas with two loungers cost 50.00 a day to rent (you can charge to the room if you choose). I'd prefer a larger pool that is street level but overall, the hotel was great.

Had an amazing stay!!! From start to finish!! From valet parking to checking in until check out! We were celebrating my fiance's bday! We stayed at the Hiatus for 5 nights. Valet was a smooth process, no issues. Valet is at a cost of about 40ish each night. We didn't look for other parking, because parking at the hotel was very convenient for us. Check-in, there was no wait, as we checked in about 330p. Our room was ready and very clean! We had an ocean view, which, in my opinion was ocean front. We were on the 6th floor of this cute, modern, boho, chic hotel...there's only 7 floors! The bathrooms have walk-in showers, with a separate toilet room! Housekeeping came by every day and provided clean towels, etc, as needed. I overly love this hotel. Rooftop champagne each night as the sun sets! The pool and full bar are also on the rooftop. The beach is a hop and a skip across the walkway, maybe about a 15 sec walk! Lol. We didn't eat at the hotel, not for any reason, other than we wanted to try as many local eateries as we could. There is a resort fee each night, $35.00. Our balcony was small which we didn't mind, as long as we were able to get 2 chairs out there! I would say there weren't a lot of kids there, because there's not a lot for kids to do within the hotel, to be honest. We can't wait to return!

Great location, hotel could have done more. Housekeeping was inconsistent with towels, in room amenities like coffee and fridge was limited. But overall good experience.

Hotel was lovely but a few things let it down. Housekeeping was minimal or non existent. When we arrived we had to request that the sofa bed be made up,the engineer came along to open it and fumbled his way through trying to make it.I had to do it in the end.Then the toilet was blocked so we had to report that.Bed sheets were never changed over the time we were there,even though my husband had cut his elbow and it bleed on the sheets and the pillows.They just made the beds.They didn’t replace the empty toilet paper or give any spares.I had to go looking for the housekeeper and ask for some.The last full day of our stay they didn’t come at all.No beds made,no clean towels.I had to request clean towels so we could shower before going out to dinner.When I asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned I was told that only 3 cleaners had turned up to work that day.One evening we tried to go to the bar for a drink before going out to eat, we went up to the 7th floor,the lady looked down her nose at us and told us we’d have to wait.We only wanted a drink so decided to just leave and go elsewhere. The pool is small but is a nice area,but the water could do with being cleaned. As we had a late flight we asked if they had a room that we could shower in before we left so that we could enjoy the resort on our last day.We were just told no they don’t do that. On checking out we were handed a printed receipt and that was it, they didn’t even ask if we’d enjoyed our stay.
