Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

The location was great. It's a 10 minute walk to the Niagara Falls state park. The hotel was clean, the bathrooms with the rooms were pretty nice. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was a huge let down. They charge for the same breakfast that you get for free at most other places. The interactions with the front desk staff were not very pleasant. We were traveling with a senior and were hoping for shuttle/metro information. The lady who checked us in didn't know anything about it and asked us to talk to the concierge (who by the way wasn't there until the next day). At checkout, the gentleman at the front desk refused to give a receipt and insisted that I get it from booking.com because they handled the payment. I told him that payment was handled by the property but he stuck by his story. I have been using booking for a good 10 years now and this was the first time someone refused an invoice even when I was paying at the property. Parking cost is also high given that they do not give you any shuttle passes.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, el Baño tenía una ducha genial Lo q más nos gustó fue el Sr q nos atendió en la recepción por la mañana, era encantador y muy amable
